Here are some of the changes we made to better serve our clients:
•All electrical work is priced up front, before we start your job. The price to perform the electrical work is provided up front to the exact penny...no more “time and materials” invoices and no “surprise” to you, the customer, after the work is done!
•We want you, our clients, to always know that we are available and easily accessible, especially if you have an emergency. That is why we answer the phone, often beyond the normal 8:00-5:00 business hours. We also make every effort to arrive to your appointment on time. If we experience a traffic delay or some other delay that is unforeseen at the time of scheduling your appointment, we will call you to advise you of our revised arrival time. If the change of time results in any inconvenience to you, we will reschedule at a time that is convenient, even if it is an evening or a weekend, to make up for having to reschedule your appointment. Also, as stated on our home page, we will only send you skilled electricians who meet our strict requirements for employment. We want to ensure your safety and that you receive excellent service.
Charles "Chuck" Fasulo and I, Sandy Fasulo, co-own Precision Electric, Inc. We operated for many years prior to Precision Electric, Inc. as Fasulo Electric, and have been serving the Monterey Peninsula since 1987. After performing new construction, remodels and various other electrical services for almost 20 years as Fasulo Electric, we started Precision Electric, Inc. in June 2005. For many years, Chuck wanted to change the name of our company and when we changed our focus to residential and commercial service, primarily working for homeowners and various commercial businesses on the peninsula, we chose the name "Precision" as a reflection of the way Chuck performs his electrical work. Although our business is now directed towards residential and commercial service work, other types of electrical jobs are still performed.
With the desire to serve our clients more efficiently, we implemented other changes as well as the name change.
